You have just been selected by the state of Missouri to nominate and then vote on the next CerealNOR of the state of Missouri. There are certain qualificaitions your candidate must meet to be the next highest elected official in the state.
1. Must be 30 years old or older
2. Must be a resident of the United States for the last 15 years (since 1993)
3. Must have lived in Missouri the last 10 years (since 1998)
